RANGERS want to sign Wales star Tom Lawrence.
The attacker is currently a free agent after leaving crisis club Derby County at the end of last season and has emerged as a target for Giovanni van Bronckhorst as he looks for reinforcements in the Rangers’ final third.

Lawrence is in the midst of deciding his next steps with both Rangers and Sheffield United being thought to be options open the 28-year-old.
It has been said that Lawrence is considering the Ibrox side’s proposal.
Lawrence had been a regular for Derby in recent years and his importance to the Pride Park outfit was made paramount when he was made captain under then manager, Wayne Rooney.
Rangers are hoping that they can convince the Wales international that a move north of the border is right for him after having Aaron Ramsay on loan for the second half of last season.

Rangers are in the market for forward thinking players, with Antonio Colak’s prolonged move to Glasgow thought to be close to being announced.
Lawrence is thought to have fit Van Bronkchorst’s bill with the imminent departure of Joe Aribo in the next day or two, another player who’s versatility was a key feature of his attributes.
Gio‘s men are currently out in Portugal on their warm weather training camp.
They’ll be hoping to wrap up a move and get him integrated with the squad ahead of the Champions League Qualifiers.
